The owner, Sandy, comes from an engineering background and is the 3rd generation to continue the mattress and bedding business. I have been searching for so many years for the right mattress and just about lost hope until I walked into their showroom.Sandy was very patient and answered all my questions in great detail, giving me the confidence to move forward with my purchase.The delivery time took only 2 days !! I can't say enough good things about this local family establishment , except! If you need a new bed, just go straight to them, you will not be disappointed, plus their warranty is beyond amazing ! I can’t Thank You Sandy enough , truly from the day I received my mattress I’ve been literally on a cloud . The best sleep I’ve ever had , I don’t want to get up. My sciatica is gone just like that!! You are so professional and I trust you from the moment we spoke. I’m truly supporting small business owners . I had the worst experience at Macys and ended up returning my mattress . The worst customer service . I won’t recommend to anyone to buy a mattress there. As they do not stand up to there product and once they sell you a mattress they forget about you. We love our new king adjustable mattress! Everything about the purchase was very smooth and uncomplicated. With Sandy guiding us we decided on the mattress and were out the door within 30 minutes with delivery coming shortly. The delivery itself was also VERY smooth! Bianca and Juan were stellar in speed, efficiency and attention to details. Also very impressed with the quietness of adjustments. Almost noiseless!

Oliver is so glad we found the Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory! He says he has never slept on a more comfortable bed in all of his 5 months of life. Sandy was wonderful, he was very patient with us, answering all of our questions. While we were there another couple came in to have the firmness of their mattress adjusted, overhearing their conversation with Sandy helped us feel better about choosing his mattresses. As a small business owner, he stands by his product. We have been getting much better sleep, waking up feeling much more rested and without the back, neck, and shoulder pain our 6 year old fancy brand name mattress was giving us. We are tall, so the extra height of the mattress isn’t a big deal for us. But at 14 or 15 inches deep, Oliver now needs steps to get onto the bed. I am so glad we purchased the deep bamboo Dream Fit sheets to go along with the mattress. Oh and the pillows are totally worth the splurge. We will be getting stuff sacks so they can easily travel with us, because now we are so spoiled! Best experience ever from this family owned mattress business. We worked with the owner directly to create the perfect mattress for our needs. The owner listened to our needs, had us try out different mattresses to find which firmness we wanted and then he made a custom king14 inch plush Latex mattress designed for us. It is organic and made with the best Latex. They do NOT use any toxic materials in their beds. This company has high standards and takes a lot of pride in giving the customer exactly what they want. Our mattress and bed frame came in earlier than the expected date. It was delivered and set up. We purchased an adjustable base and they set everything up and made sure it worked perfectly before they left. We are so grateful to have a mattress that was custom made from scratch especially for us. We both had the best night of sleep ever last night! Thank you so much. Sandy is top notch. You're dealing with family here, one with solid ethics. The split king mattress on adjustable base came in at a price about half that of a high end corporate mattress alone. 15 year warranty, they just came out after 6 months to adjust the softness.

We recently purchased a king size Tranquility II mattress and we are so thrilled and happy with our decision. We were able to design the mattress to accommodate my husband's need for a firm mattress and my need for a softer mattress. I suffer from bursitis and I had to constantly change sides throughout the night to alleviate the pain. However, with our new Unlimited Comfort mattress I am now able to enjoy sleeping comfortably throughout the night on my side. The team was knowledgeable and helpful. I did much research before I visited Unlimited Comfort and decided to visit the store about 45 minutes from my home. Sandy showed us how the mattresses are made in his factory and all the reasons why his were the ones to buy including double the coils and a firmer but comfortable latex that would hold up much better than the memory foams used today. He also has a great comfort warranty. His prices were good and we bought the king half split. His delivery team was careful, efficient and congenial patiently answering all my questions. This kind of customer service from beginning to end is rare in todays’s world.We love the bed and my lower back pain is much improved, much different that sinking in a memory foam hole of my former expensive mattress. I also love the cooling fabric covering the mattress. It is very nice!Thank you Sandy and team for a great product and awesome customer service

We are very happy with our mattress. Sandy was very informative explaining the process in making his mattress right on sight. My husband and I are experiencing great nights of sleep. We also purchased the mattress protector from Sandy along with the bed frame that lifts the head and feet. I had 4 back surgeries and the lumbar support is fantastic.. delivery of the mattress was timely. The men delivering the mattress were very careful in the delivery. They set up the bed frame and explained the mechanics of the frame. Thank you Sandy.

Sandy, your the ULTIMATE!!! My husband Ted & I went to many mattress stores before we came to you. We were looking for a king split and your showed us many, but the softer one (the one you & your wife have) turned out to be perfect!! Great sleeping for my husband & I. I never had a problem with any of our mattresses, but he couldn't sleep well on any of them. Some were more expensive than the one we bought! Price doesn't tell you everything. It is very rare to encounter in retail furnishings honorable and reliable professionals. Sandy is not only knowledgeable he also walks his talk On time delivery and immediate response in follow up. I do not normally praise a purchase. However Sandy provided the most comfortable king bed my wife and I have ever experienced. We now rest in zero gravity and wake up with a wonderful energy not only a bedding store but a state of the art bedding mfg company. When I found out how much my wife was willing to spend on a new adjustable king sized bed, I thought she was crazy. I have bought used cars for less money. But, after 10 months I am having the best sleep of my life. My wife’s side is firm & my side is regular. I love it ! Now I say that was the best money we spent moving into our new home last year. Also, my in-laws bought 2 beds as well ! So we are now all a happy family . Don’t put it off. You deserve a mattress like this.

Some time ago, a friend who knew I was considering a new mattress, suggested I go to the Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory here in Sarasota Florida. They build and sell custom mattresses. She was not only praising the quality and comfort of their mattress but their aftermarket service. If you find the mattress not to your liking, they can change the firmness to suit you'I have had my new Unlimited Comfort mattress for a month now and could not be happier. It is everything I could ask for and extremely comfortable. They are coming next week, at no charge, to help install a bed skirt as the mattress is too heavy for me to handle.If you are in the market, I would strongly suggest you contact Sandy Rodriguez and the Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory.

Locally owned. The product is manufactured right there, and customer service is a delight. Sandy is happy to talk forever about what you need.. we bought custom folding mattresses for our RV, and went back a year later because one was too thick, and his response was "Bring it back, we can make it an inch thinner". Great experience from shopping to installation. Sandy, the owner, helped us customize the bed to fit our needs. My side is softer than husband's side. Later we had an extra foam piece which they installed in our home free of charge. Just being here for winter season takes a little longer for bed to "break in" so we needed it a little softer. Customer service and installation people very pleasant. Very personable service. We sleep much better on this mattress and the fitted mattress cover with copper really does keep the bed from getting too hot.

Moving into our New Home a few years ago, buying a mattress was the 1st thing on our list. As most, we bought the high end name brand and after 6 months we had to replace it....used their warranty and increased firmness. Now 2 years later, it's even worse. I spent time reviewing all the expensive tempur, foam, natural etc. and felt that buying a new bed every two years would be the norm. My wife was really experiencing a lot of pain. Then I saw Sandy on a TV Commercial and decided to stop in. Sandy spent a lot of time discussing their process and philosophy, before we left we purchased our new bed with a power base. Delivery was quick and right on time! While setting up our power base, one side was not working. Instead of waiting for a day or so, Sandy's employees drove back to the factory and brought back a new base. WOW, that's service! If you want to stop wasting $Thousands of dollars every few years, Contact Sandy! Since our delivery we have been extremely pleased! My wife especially, Happy wife Happy life!

My husband had back surgery a year ago and our mattress was adding more discomfort.We decided to buy a new mattress from Unlimited Comfort and both of us have had the best sleep ever! My experience was amazing from beginning to end. And, now I sleep in complete comfort every night. Sandy was very accommodating and, of course, knowledgeable. We wanted a mattress that would offer support that I required for my back problems and still be soft enough for my wife’s comfort. The small coil spring system sold me on their company.We were treated like royalty and can’t say enough about how wonderful the personnel at this company are.We slept the first 30 days and found my wife needed a bit softer. Adjustments were made promptly as promised at no charge and now we are both sleeping like never before.Now my problem is not wanting to get up!If you want the best these are your guys! God bless!

We discovered Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory/Store in Sarasota, FL in January of 2020. We had been searching for the perfect King mattress for years. We absolutely found that mattress at Unlimited Comfort! Several months later, we returned and purchased the identical mattress in a Queen size, which tells you how much we loved our King mattress. The quality of the products that they sell is unmatched. The service is even better. We were treated courteously and every promise that Sandy (the owner) made was met and flawlessly executed. We received exactly what we purchased precisely when they promised they would deliver it, (very quickly) The delivery team was top notch. The customer experience at Unlimited Comfort is the best we have ever encountered. We have had guests that have slept on the mattress and the next day they have asked where they can go to get the same mattress. We have been delighted to recommend Unlimited Comfort to them. The only complaint that we have is that it is now very hard to get out of the bed in the morning! The bed really is that incredibly comfortable. If you are in the market for a new mattress, run, don't walk to Unlimited Comfort. You will not be sorry!

He will then show you how it’s built in the factory right there on the premises. He will also explain the rationale for the selected materials and construction sequence they will use to construct your mattress.Post delivery, if you should have any issue whatsoever they will adjust and/or modify that same mattress in your home for 15 years.Unlimited comfort mattress is a very unique and interesting experience. Prepare to learn and rest assured, will not be bored.

I have never been so satisfied with a bed as I am with my Unlimited Comfort Mattress. From the very first night I got a wonderful night's sleep, awoke refreshed and ready to start my day. I also like the idea that my mattress was made right here in Sarasota, FL by local people. I believe that is always better to buy made in America when you can. Sandy was very helpful when I went into the store. I told him what I wanted and he was more than happy to show me the choices I had. My bed was delivered, set up and they even moved my old bed to another room. Everyone was kind and courteous and ready to help you however they can. I would highly recommend Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory if you looking for a new bed and a GREAT night's sleep.

We purchased the split top adjustable king and it is by far the best mattress we ever bought. We had been looking for a new mattress for a while as our Stearns and Foster was now 16 years old, I know "gasp". We searched many places and had seen the commercials for Unlimited Comfort on TV and we decided to go and check it out. Sandy greeted us warmly when we walked in. He let us lay down on several different mattresses to check the firmness we wanted. He showed the work room where his father was making a mattress. Sandy was so friendly and easy going. We never felt pressured into buying like some of the other stores we had gone to. We have never slept better. Our dog even loves it when we elevate ours legs just a little. So stop shopping around and go to Unlimited Comfort. They also have the most softest sheet sets.

After looking for a new mattress for almost two years, we recently purchased one from Unlimited Comfort Mattress Factory. We are delighted with our purchase. My husband and I are much different in height and weight, so we opted to have a different firmness level on each side of the king size mattress. Both of us are happy with our selection. Further, we are pleasantly surprised at how little motion is felt from side to side and how quiet the mattress is. The price is competitive with the other mattresses we looked at and the warranty assures us that we will have local support should any problem arise. So far, so good! Sandy Rodriguez may really be the "man of my dreams" as his card states. He was great to work with today from the moment we walked into his store. He showed us how and where they make the mattresses right there on site to meet each person's needs. He was so nice and worked with us to get us exactly what we've been looking for in a new mattress. We have a delivery date set and a 30 day adjustment and then I will update my review. We love supporting the local businesses and if it's all we are hoping for, it will be sweet dreams for us! UPDATE: it's been more than 30 days and we are so happy. We are sleeping through the night and not keeping each other awake with tossing and turning. The dog jumps in bed in the middle of the night and we don't feel it. Sleeping has never been better. We love our bed and would recommend seeing Sandy for your next mattress!

This is the best mattress I have ever had! We bought a king size split head mattress with an adjustable base. My husband's side is firm & my side is medium firm. Custom made for us. You can watch them make the mattresses right there at the factory/showroom. No chemical smells. I like the zippered cover you can take off & wash & see exactly what your mattress is made of. Most mattresses have a pretty cover, but you are not really sure what's underneath it. Our mattress was custom made to our specific needs, delivered and set up in less than a week. This is a family owned business that believes in making a quality product and giving excellent service. Thank you Sandy for your commitment to making a quality mattress at an affordable price.

I did a lot of research and bought a mattress from Sandy. Now I am so thankful we used them. I was getting back and neck aches from stress as a teacher. This mattress is so comfortable and helps keeps my spine aligned, with different settings when using the adjustable base. It is worth every penny! Sandy was extremely knowledgeable, they use all high quality materials and make them right there. The owner Sandy explained the construction of the mattresses completely. We ordered 3 queen sized mattresses. The delivery process was timely and the men were professional, polite and clean. They adapted our platform bed frame to accommodate the electric source for the adjustable frame. They vacuumed and cleaned up everything perfectly. Sandy is following up to make some slight adjustments at our convenience. My husband's and my backs feel better already. We couldn't be happier with the products and service!
