Do These Warranties Cover All Your Mattresses?

Sagging and Indentations

Our warranty covers t sagging and body indentations that exceed a depth of 1.5 inches. When the mattress loses structural integrity, it stops performing its functions and must be repaired or replaced.

Damaged Components

Broken springs and coils or issues with the foam layers fall under our warranty coverage. But only if the damage doesn’t occur due to improper use.

Early Deterioration

If your mattress shows signs of unusual wear and tear that affect its performance, our warranty protects you. This includes premature foam breakdown or loss of support.

What Isn’t Covered Under Our Warranty?

While our warranties provide extensive coverage, some situations fall outside their scope. They are:

The zero gravity mechanism was a life changer! I have sciatica and would wake up with pain in my legs and back. This bed is handmade for each customer by a family-owned business and all done in-house. I am not only impressed, I woke up pain-free. I even slept in, which never happens! You will literally “sleep like a baby”! Ask the owner which mattress he uses at home and purchase THAT one. You won’t regret it! There’s an option for the bed to go into a  Zero Gravity position that puts you in a position that feels like your bed is cradling you like a baby! This mattress helps with my back pain and the numbness in my arms because it allows me to sleep in the correct position, COMFORTABLY. We also bought the sheets and pillows, which are very nice!

We have waited for a few weeks to truly try out not just an adjustable bed, but a latex based mattress.  This is our first foray into a split king, a latex based mattress, and an adjustable bed.  We had searched many mattress stores, seemingly hundreds of web sites, and reviewed hundreds of reviews.  That's when we made a specific visit to Unlimited Comfort Mattress.  The reviews we read were unbelievable.  I mean, who would believe all of them.  That was until we visited the store and saw the handwritten notes of thanks.  Impressive.
We looked around and were greeted by Sandy.  He told us about the company, family owned, and had deep roots in the industry.  He told us about their mattresses, made in the store!  Told us about the differences and how they approached each customer differently based on their needs.  Ok, sounds like a commercial or script.  Let's get to the important parts.
We have been using their mattresses and adjustable base for almost a month.  It was a little 'different' at first as it was a new experience.  I did not say bad, I said different.  Honestly, my wife is a bad sleeper for many reasons and for way too many years.  The first night, she slept.  No ifs.  Just slept.  Every night has been better.  Not necessarily sleeping through the night, but being able to go back to sleep after being up a bit.  Unheard of.  On the other hand, I sleep hot....Sauna hot.  To be honest, with the new mattress, not every night is a sweat free night.  But, much better than expected.

Now, everyone wants to know price because it is an investment.  Our bed is a great value.  No, it was not $999 because quality matters.  BUT, in visits to other places looking at name brand beds, the price with Unlimited was superior.  Surprised me superior.  This is even considering Memorial Day sales, old product line/floor models.  The comparison in beds was as equal as possible.  Brand name mattresses,  adjustable bed frames, delivery, old bed removal.  Honestly, we saved over $1,000 with our custom bed.
